1. Agreement
These terms govern use of this website and any proposal, quotation or engagement letter issued by Comms Way Consulting. By using the site or instructing us you accept them.
2. Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in the signed engagement letter or statement of work for each project. Where documents conflict, the engagement letter prevails.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information, timely approvals and access required to perform the work. Delays in approvals may move delivery dates.
4. Fees & payment
Quotations are in Nigerian naira unless stated. Retainers are billed monthly in advance; project work is billed per the milestone schedule. Media budgets are passed through at negotiated rates.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, final approved deliverables assign to the client. Our methods, templates, tools and pre-existing materials remain ours, licensed to you for the purpose delivered.
6. Results
Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, budgets and factors outside our control. Case-study figures on this site are illustrative unless explicitly labelled verified.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect loss.
8. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential, during and after the engagement, save where disclosure is required by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; the courts of Lagos State have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of instruction applies.
